Born and raised in Gilbert House, Deptford, Mark’s early life mirrored many of the challenges faced by families in London’s social housing system. Those experiences - combined with his background in education, team leadership, and public relations - shaped his passion for helping others navigate complex systems with confidence and clarity.

Mark’s professional journey has been defined by building high-performing teams, fostering inclusive culture and developing processes that empower people.

At Fields Living, he oversees day-to-day operations, client experience, and internal culture - ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. With a sharp understanding of both people and process, Mark helps make Fields Living not just a property agency, but a trusted partner for clients in the UK and abroad looking to make meaningful moves for their future.

Away from the office, Mark is an avid Arsenal supporter who enjoys football, reading, exercising, travelling and exploring new places to eat.
