Obi-Austin brings a unique blend of creativity, legal insight and strategic leadership to his role as CEO of Fields Living.

Raised in Battersea’s Doddington Estate, Obi-Austin's early experiences navigating the realities of London’s housing system gave him a deep understanding of how inaccessible property could feel for working-class families - and a lasting determination to change that. His career began in nightlife and entertainment, where he built brands, led creative ventures, and cultivated strong networks across the capital.

That entrepreneurial spirit evolved as Obi-Austin transitioned into property law, gaining first-hand knowledge of the legal processes that define the path to homeownership. Working within a Licensed Conveyancer’s office gave him a rare inside-out perspective on how deals are structured - and how easily people can feel left behind.

At Fields Living, Obi-Austin now drives the agency’s long-term vision and strategic direction, ensuring that every client - whether buying, letting, or investing - benefits from a service rooted in trust, clarity and care.

Outside of work, Obi-Austin is a passionate Liverpool fan who enjoys playing and watching football, hitting the golf course, staying active through exercise, and travelling to discover new cultures and experiences.
