Zahid Alauddin brings over two decades of legal and international property experience to the agency’s strategic direction. He is also the Managing Partner and founder of Kingfields Solicitors, a firm he established in 2006 with offices in both the UK and Singapore.

Zahid qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has since built a respected reputation as a specialist in residential conveyancing, with a particular focus on new build properties and overseas investment. Having advised investors and institutions across the Asia Pacific region for more than 20 years, Zahid understands the cultural nuances and high expectations that come with cross-border transactions. He has long-standing relationships with major developers such as Berkeley Group and acts on behalf of leading banks including DBS, OCBC, and CIMB, regularly advising on regulatory and procedural matters.

At Fields Living, Zahid plays a key advisory role, shaping strategy, governance and international growth, especially in the areas of global investor relations and legal oversight. Now based in Portugal, Zahid continues to travel across the world to attend exhibitions, meet clients and explore future opportunities.

A dedicated Liverpool fan, he’s also passionate about travel, football and staying at the forefront of technological innovation and AI in the property and legal sectors.
